Renewal is a small oil painting, just 2 by 3 inches, where I let the colors find their own rhythm. At its center, a bright yellow and white spiral reaches outward, surrounded by layers of deep purples, reds, and blues that blend and swirl together. The thick texture gives the piece a tactile presence, inviting you to feel the movement within. Framed in black with white matting, the painting captures a moment of energy and fresh beginnings—the kind you get when you simply allow the paint to flow without expectation. This was my first piece of the year, a quiet reminder to embrace possibility through color and form.
