I’m sharing a new watercolor titled Amber Haze, a compact 2 by 3 inch painting matted to 3 by 4 inches and framed simply in black. This piece offers an impressionistic cityscape where soft washes of muted yellows, blues, and browns blend together, shaping buildings without strict definition. The brushwork remains loose and fluid, guiding the eye from taller structures on the right into a more scattered grouping on the left. The pale neutral background supports the subtle atmosphere, lending the work a delicate, airy feeling. I focused on capturing the quiet warmth of an urban scene seen through a gentle haze rather than precise detail.
